  1. Everyone begins with a flame.

  2. Then it goes out, a little at a time.

How people grow here

Five stages, from the first spark to lighting someone else.

    You come for the first time, and it catches.

  • Fuel

    You keep coming back. It starts to stick.

  • Flame

    You start living what you say you believe.

  • Light Others

    You mentor someone, and carry part of their load.

  • Keep the Fire Burning

    You stay when the excitement wears off.

Where this comes from

Our initiatives

Three initiatives, built for different seasons.

Online since 2017, and in person in Lagos, where fifty or more come each time. Students, people early in their working lives, and the mentors who walk with them.
