Why speak at Igniters

We are deliberately building consistency before scale, so our gatherings are not large. What they are is attentive. People come because they want to grow, and they come back because something changed.
We measure our own success by transformed lives rather than attendance. That means we would rather you say one true, costly thing to thirty people who will act on it than something comfortable to three hundred who will not.

What we ask of speakers
Speak from what you have actually lived. Our community can tell the difference between a talk and a testimony, and the second one is what changes people.
Be practical. Every session should leave someone with something they can do differently on Monday.
Keep Christ at the centre. This is not a request to preach; it is a request to be honest about where your convictions come from.
The impact you can have
One transformed life should never end with one person.
Every Igniter is expected to eventually light another candle. What you say in one evening does not stop in that room; it travels through the people who carry it into their homes, workplaces, and communities.
That is the whole point of the work, and it is what we are inviting you into.
